Who provides this service
FitToOnboard is workflow software operated by San R&D Business Solutions LLC on behalf of the clinic you are registering with. Your health service is provided by the clinic — its clinicians and doctors make every clinical decision. FitToOnboard does not provide medical advice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Use the platform only for its intended purpose — booking, completing, and tracking workplace health screenings. Unlawful use, attempts to access other people's records, or uploading malicious content will result in account termination.
Your privacy and your data
Your records are controlled by the clinic as the health service provider. Data is hosted securely in Australia (Sydney), encrypted at rest and in transit, and access to health information is restricted by role and audit-logged. Your information is never sold. Clinical records are retained per the clinic's legal obligations (typically 7 years, longer where the law requires) and are automatically deleted when retention expires.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion of your records from your profile page at any time. Requests are identity-verified and actioned by the clinic subject to its legal retention obligations — records still within a mandatory retention period are deleted automatically when that period ends.
Who sees your results
Fitness certificates state a work-fitness outcome (fit / fit with restrictions / unfit) and are shared with the employer that requested your screening. Detailed clinical answers and test results stay with the clinic and are not shown to employers.
Changes
If these terms change materially you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement.
